All designs displayed on the Asma Yassin website are made-to-order and Made to size. Production starts only after:

1. Payment has been completed.
2. The customer’s size/measurements have been confirmed.
3. Confirming the client's personal details: correct place of residence, email, city code, and phone number.
4. Customer data cannot be modified after 48 hours from the date of purchase.
5. The implementation phases of your design will begin 48 hours after purchase.

2) Cancellation Policy:

Because products are made-to-order:
Orders may be canceled before cutting/sewing begins within [24–48 hours] of purchase.
Once production has started (fabric cutting/sewing/embroidery), cancellations are not accepted.

These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in cases of a clear manufacturing defect or if the item received is significantly different from what was ordered, It is only presented to one of our specialists to determine the problem.
